Sherry Nuanes

Hello! My name is Sherry Nuanes. I am a paralegal for the Workers’ Compensation team at the Ramos Law Firm. I joined Ramos Law in 2022 because I enjoy working with Workers’ Compensation clients. I am originally from California where I worked in child custody mediation. Through my experiences, I have learned to value and respect each person’s values and concerns and learn about each of our cultural differences which makes us all unique. My skill set varies from software applications, compliance rules and regulations, drafting and review of contracts, court documents and correspondence, and court filing with various counties and courts; I am also familiar with Federal, State and local rules and regulations. The most important lesson that I have learned throughout my career is to truly listen to each person to understand their concerns and goals. I am happy to be a part of the Ramos Law Family because of the ethical standards, fun environment, and quality of people that make up Ramos Law.

I enjoy spending time with my family, whether that be hiking, camping, going on a vacation, or relaxing at home. I am married with a blended family. Together, we have a daughter who has four children of her own, a daughter in college at CU, and a son who is working as a mechanic.

Some of my passions include traveling and seeing new places, discovering new hobbies, home projects, listening to music, and gardening.
