Hello, my name is Frankie Ortega

I am thrilled to join Ramos Law as an Intake Specialist, where I can apply my extensive customer service and communication background to help those seeking legal representation. I am particularly excited about the close-knit environment at Ramos Law and look forward to learning and growing with the team.

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I bring over 12 years of experience in retail management, where I honed my skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and team leadership, skills essential in my current role of assisting clients. My experience in the health industry further taught me the importance of empathy and attention to detail, both of which are critical when helping individuals navigate the initial steps of their legal journey.

Beyond my professional background, I am passionate about reading, journaling, and spending quality time with my family and friends. As the youngest of three sisters and a mother to my 6-year-old daughter, Samantha, family is at the heart of everything I do.

In addition to my role at Ramos Law, my sisters and I run a Photo Booth Company called Out The Box Photo Booth Events and Experiences. Managing this business has given me valuable insights into entrepreneurship and has further developed my organizational and customer service skills, which I now apply to ensure that every client who contacts Ramos Law feels heard and supported.
